The radio international service born in 1949 as The International Service of The Argentine Radio (S.I.R.A in its Spanish acronym) closed in 1955. Restablished on Feb 12, 1958 and identified as RAE ( the Argentine International Radio) it is still active after 59 years.

As from last October 5, 2016 it continues as RAE Argentina to the World and as such, today we greet our historical followers, and all those who continuously enlarge the list of our listeners.

For them, our short wave and internet services are eager to consolidate an agile bridge of communication that crosses the world frontiers with the Argentine signal.

We feel honored to greet our multilingual audience in 8 languages that accompany us everyday. We also feel proud to announce that in this new stage of growth and progress, our service incorporates and consolidates new technologies such as an app for mobile devices, podcasts & contents on demand to listen at any moment; interactive social nets and a webpage that offers 6 channels of argentine music to share and enjoy: Tango, Folklore, Popular music, Rock, Jazz y Classical.

The new RAE – Argentina to the World, heiress of Radiodifusión Argentina al Exterior celebrates its 59th anniversary focused on fostering the convergence between the analogic and the digital systems.
